Two weeks postpardum I’m feeling pretty great. Fortunately birth was easier this time around and I have had no recovery other than basic muscle and organ placement recovery. With my first I had diastis recti but fortunately my abs have already closed completely. So needless to say I’m anxious to start working out and goal setting for weight loss. After coming home I lost 10lbs in the first week (probably water weight – I was not trying to lose weight). But this week I’ve hit a plateau.
My Goal for weightloss: To lose 30lbs by August (roughly 2lbs/week) while maintaining breastmilk supply.
To accomplish this I plan on eating plenty of healthy calories and drinking lots of water.
30 minute high intensity strength & cardio 3x/week

30 minute Walk 5x/week

Cutting Sugars (all except natural sugars like honey, maple syrup etc.)
