I am officially 20 weeks along with baby #3. We are so excited because baby is kicking now! I feel it every day at different times. Still faintly but more every day. I have finally gotten to the point of needing new clothes because most of my tops don’t work anymore.
I have been working out this whole pregnancy so far and plan to continue. I didn’t work out when I was pregnant with Riley and Titus and that is probably my #1 regret from my previous pregnancies. I lost so much muscle over nine months it feels good to be able to do an entire 60 minute workout and still feel good. I am definitely more tired after working out but overall I have more energy with a three and almost two year old running around.
Diet is probably the most difficult piece of the health equation for me. I’m definitely a stress eater and working + kids + house hunting + regular life is stressful. But I am doing better this pregnancy than with the last two. I’m thinking about doing a challenge of some kind, usually when I box myself in a corner I can stay on track. I also need to just delete my edible cookie dough recipe off my Pinterest…
Honestly, I am proud of the difference between this pregnancy and the others. I feel like Ive made a lot of healthy changes! I’d love to know your thoughts or if you have questions about pregnancy!
